Skytech Metal is a known manufacturer and exporter of Stainless Steel 303 Hexagon Bars, which has sufficient to resist chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, and a very stable austenite structure. The chemical composition of our SS 303 Metric Hex Bars is designed to provide exceptional resistance to a lot of corrosive environments. These Type 303 Hex Bars has excellent resistance to both reducing and oxidizing acids like sulfuric and phosphoric, and helps to avoid stress-corrosion cracking. Corrosion resistant applications of our Grade 303 Hex Bars is the chemical and petrochemical, air pollution control, food processing, offshore oil and gas production, nuclear, petroleum refining, ore processing, steel pickling and waste disposal industries. The chromium and molybdenum content of these AISI 303 Hex Bars provides resistance to chloride pitting, as well as resistance to a variety of oxidizing atmospheres.
The steel content in our 303 Stainless Steel Hexagon Bar is sufficient for resistance to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking. Typical uses of these Stainless Steel UNS S30300 Hex Bars are Oil & gas applications, pickling components, and chemical processing. Our SUS 303 Hex Bars can be readily welded by the shielded metal-arc process using alloy welding electrode 135, the gas shielded arc processes using alloy filler metal 65, and the resistance welding processes. These Stainless Steel Din 1.4305 Hex Bars is the forerunner of many of the Molybdenum containing nickel iron chromium alloys which have seen service over the past century.
