Besides austenitic, we also produce martensitic, ferritic, duplex, precipitation hardening and high sulfur super machinability grades to cater for various demands in the industries. SS bright bars are applied in diversified industries such as automobiles, electric motors and motor parts, railways, defence sectors, shafts, agriculture, medical and sports, textiles and decorative and furniture, hoses and fittings, bearings and hinges, gears, oil and petroleum, mines, etc. These imminently visible bars are essential as inputs into industries such as automobiles, where they are used for ‘milling parts’. Cold Drawn Bright Bars are made through cold working practice that imposes improved geometric tolerances on the material and a clean, polish-like finish. Apart from improving the bars’ dimensional tolerance, this method also improves their visibility or brightness. On the other hand stainless steel Peeled bars are made by developing the outer layer of the steel, leaving behind a polished layer. This process also helps strip out surface defects on the rolled product where by the surface of the material appears uniform as opposed to being rough.
