SS 321/321h grading at 8g/cm3 density having the melting point at 1402 °C. The specifications are ASTM A276 where the chemical composition is Carbon 0.08, manganese 2.00, Sulfur 0.030, Silicon 0.075. The use of right chemical composition is behind the high end tensile strength and yield strength. The durability is also very high and the credit goes to higher density. The weight ratio of steel is very low than the strength.
Stainless Steel 321/321h Black/Forged Bar is able to bear higher weight without any issue and it is able to resist electricity pass through it. However, it is fair conductive, in the term of thermal conductivity.
