Though less corrosion-resistant and lower toughness, but offers cheaper alternative to 304 in kitchenware and food processing field applications. Stainless Steel UNS S20200 Angles has similar mechanical property as compare to AISI 304 SS grade, but its ability to resist corrosion is somewhat less as compare to AISI 304 SS grade in chloride environment. SS UNS S20200 Angles has lower nickel than 300 series – with it being replaced by Manganese.
Stainless Steel DIN 1.4373 Angles belongs to the low nickel and high manganese stainless steel, the nickel content is generally below 4%, 8% of the manganese content is a section of nickel stainless steel. SS DIN 1.4373 Angles have 16-18% chromium and 0.5-4.0% nickel, whilst 304 has 18-20% chromium and 8-10.5% nickel. 202 SS Angles has its own specialties in terms of its chemical combination that includes carbon, chromium, molybdenum, manganese, nickel and phosphorous and other elements. Grade 202 Stainless Steel Angles is a type of Cr-Ni-Mn stainless with similar properties to A240/SUS 302 stainless steel. The toughness of Grade 202 SS Angles at low temperatures is excellent. Type Angles is non-magnetic austenitic hence cannot be differentiated using magnetic testing. But Type 202 SS Angles is very inexpensive so we can use it in indoor applications like indoor fabrication, automobile trim and application where atmosphere is not a considerable factor.
AISI 202 Stainless Steel Angles is a section with good mechanical properties of corrosion resistance. However, it has lower cost than 300 series. The range of these AISI 202 SS Angles is used in manufacturing medical equipment, aerospace products, semiconductors and heat exchanger. The offered product also finds a vast application in chemical, petroleum and electronics industries. Buy this Angles at very competitive price from us. It is one of the most widely used precipitation hardening grades, and possesses good corrosion resistance, toughness, high harness, and strength. In present work we use gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) process to weld AISI 202 grade. GTAW process benefits the welded joint with maximum strength and better deposition rate. It has similar fabrication performance to 300 series, including deep-drawing.
